We are delighted to announce Warrington Borough Council as the latest council to select My Council Services as their mobile, self service customer access platform. To be rolled out in February 2013 Warrington becomes the latest UK Local Authority to adopt My Council Services team.
Warrington undertook a through market review and due diligence process prior to selecting My Council Services as a key part of their best of breed technology approach. My Council Services will be providing customer access via the mobile channel and will work seamlessly alongside Warrington’s existing Content Management System (Jadu) and their CRM (MS Dynamics). An integration project with Dynamics is underway.
